Jack Harkins holds a BS in Economics from UW-Madison and has done postgraduate work in behavioral economics and neuroscience. He was a VP of Lending for a $500 million bank and GM of Operations for the 2nd largest auto salvage company in North America. In 2007 he founded the Harkins LDC, where he does leadership development, strategic consulting, and public speaking.

Additionally, he started the Captain’s Academy, where he works with high school and college athletic programs, at-risk youth and jail inmates and he is Chairman of the Board for a $100M Healthcare system. In his free time, Jack is an award winning musician and heads up the Late4DinnerBand.com. He, his wife of 25 years and their 2 children live in Portage, WI.
